1. About Cal Logistics

Cal Logistics is a delivery coordination service owned and operated by JayK Communications Pvt Ltd, a creative technology company building innovative digital solutions that solve real problems and drive growth for individuals and businesses. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Cal Logistics provides a delivery coordination platform that connects businesses and individuals with transport networks and local collection points across Zimbabwe. Our service includes WhatsApp-based booking, package tracking, and delivery coordination for city-to-city and nationwide deliveries.

3. Booking and Acceptance

By placing a booking with Cal Logistics you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to send the items described
• The items comply with applicable laws and our prohibited items policy
• You accept full responsibility for the contents of your package

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent via Cal Logistics:

• Illegal substances, narcotics, or controlled drugs
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
• Stolen or counterfeit goods
• Live animals
• Any item prohibited by Zimbabwean law

Cal Logistics reserves the right to refuse, return, or hand over to authorities any package suspected of containing prohibited items.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates based on transport schedules and are not guaranteed. Cal Logistics coordinates deliveries through existing transport networks and is not liable for delays caused by transport disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Collection Points

Packages are delivered to designated partner collection points. The recipient is responsible for collecting the package within the agreed timeframe. Cal Logistics is not liable for packages left uncollected beyond the agreed period. Collection point partners may charge a storage fee for late collections.

7. Liability

Cal Logistics takes reasonable care in coordinating your deliveries. However, our liability for loss or damage to packages is limited to the declared value of the goods, up to a maximum as communicated at the time of booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of income arising from delivery delays or failures.

8. Payment

Delivery fees are communicated at the time of booking and are payable as agreed. Cal Logistics reserves the right to withhold delivery of a package until payment is confirmed. All fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed and the package dispatched.

9. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled before the package is dispatched. Once a package has been handed over to our transport network, cancellations are no longer possible and no refund will be issued. To cancel a booking, contact us via WhatsApp with your Package ID.

10. Changes to These Terms

JayK Communications Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Cal Logistics after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from the use of Cal Logistics services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
